The Challenge

The brief was to develop a responsive website inline with their newly designed brochures and logo. Our goal was to create a clean, modern, eye-catching website which would appeal to businesses of all sizes.

Our Approach

We developed the website on an Ecommerce platform, utilising custom code. This enabled users/businesses to add products to an enquiry basket which could then be submitted like an order. TVI head office could then review the submission before providing a bespoke quote.

One of the keys to the website was the custom filter that we developed. We carefully categorised each product and incorporated them all into a bespoke user-friendly filter. This made it as easy as possible for customers to find a product to suit their business needs.

We also integrated an API system to allow the client to quickly update the stock via a user-friendly spreadsheet.

We then integrated another API which automatically fed the products to a reseller website in Germany. This helped streamline their management of over 1,200 products.

Finally, we setup an automated sales and marketing platform for the website. It’s a CRM system that can track new and existing customer behaviour on the website, in addition to automating emails and email lists.
